Denver Art Museum Administrative Building, Denver, CO - Photographed 2017
I photographed the Denver Art Museum’s Administrative Building in 2017 during golden hour, when warm light spilled across its rhythmic facade, highlighting texture, proportion, and subtle architectural detail. Located just north of the museum’s main campus, this structure supports the museum’s behind-the-scenes operations while maintaining a refined civic presence of its own.
With clean lines and minimal detailing, the building reflects a quiet confidence, complementing the bold expressions of its museum counterparts nearby. My image captures the understated elegance of this support space as it transitions from daylight into shadow, where function meets form, quietly and purposefully.
